Are You Still Open?

Have any of you had issues getting the word out about whether your business is open, or hours have changed?  Has anyone been frustrated with trying to figure out new hours for essential businesses?

With the “Safer at Home” order being extended, there are a lot of businesses who are having a hard time getting their new company guidelines and hours out to consumers.  To compound that, consumers are having equally as hard of a time finding updated hours and guidelines of their favorite companies.

Balance Studios, a leader in cutting-edge media development, has taken the time to create an online community directory to combat these issues and unite businesses and consumers in one centralized location.  This online directory is located at www.WeAreOpenWI.com.

On this database, people can search by industry, location, or by a specific business name.  After you complete a search, you will see their updated hours of operation, accepted forms of payment, deliver/pickup options, etc.

As a business owner, you can sign your business up to be listed on the website.  All you need to do is make an account to add your business to the database, post the information of your business, and voila!

There are no banner ads, promotions, or rankings within the site, either.  The coolest part of all, though, is that this directory is completely free to use for both businesses and consumers.

By using the directory, over 100 local businesses (and counting) have now been able to post their updated hours and operation guidelines somewhere other than their own website.

Please reach out to info@weareopenwi.com if you have any questions about signing up.

Head to www.WeAreOpenWI.com if you are looking for services – from lawyers, to vets, and everywhere in between.

Let’s all rally together to continue supporting local businesses so we can keep our friends and family members working!
